**What You’ll Do**

Lam Research is expanding Asia-Pacific operations and seeking three Contingent Workforce Specialists to oversee the Contingent Workforce Program in the region. These positions will report to the Contingent Workforce Program Manager in the US.

**This is a temporary assignment**

**Start**:As soon as possible **Term**:12 months (minimum) **Hours**:40 hours per week; standard business hours **Location: Remote. **Allowed to work remotely but must reside in the Penang area and be able to work in the Penang office periodically if needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day to day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program utilizing a vendor management system (VMS).
- Providing program guidelines, policies, and procedures support for managers and suppliers.
- Providing escalated contingent worker support and issue resolution.
- Ensuring streamlined on-boarding and off-boarding of contingent workers.
- Partner with internal teams on quarterly and project-based efforts.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure processes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders on an on-going basis.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in contingent workforce support, HR operations, recruiting, or VMS Help Desk; Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience preferred.
- Fluent English required with ability to _also_ communicate professionally in either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Experience with Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, or other contingent workforce VMS tools.
- Proficient with MS Office; strong Project, PowerPoint, and Excel skills preferred.
