Work Coverage: Kesemua Cawangan TCM

Syarat dan Kelayakan memohon:
1. Mempunyai kelayakan akademik minimum SPM dan ke atas.

2. Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri dan lesen memandu yang sah serta minimum 5 tahun pengalaman memandu

3. Mempunyai pegetahuan dan kebolehan untuk melakukan kerja-kerja penyeleggaran am termasuk penggunaan peralatan

Ringkasan kerja:
Kami mencari seorang Pekerja Am (Handyman) sepenuh masa yang boleh melaksanakan kerja-kerja berikut:
1) Melakukan asas penyelenggaraan serta pembaikan bangunan seperti di bawah (tetapi tidak terhad):
I. Asas pendawaian elektrik seperti penukaran lampu, kipas, suis, plug point dan sebagainya.

II. Asas kerja paip seperti pengantian paip rosak, kepala paip, tandas dan kelengkapan dapur

III. Penyelengaraan bulanan bagi penghawa dingin di setiap cawangan (filter cleaning)

2) Melakukan asas berkebun dan mengunakan peralatan untuk berkebun seperti dibawah (tetapi tidak terhad):
i. Membuat kerja-kerja landskap seperti memotong dahan-dahan kecil pokok, berkebun dan sebagainya

ii. Memotong rumput yang panjang di semua cawanagn (elaun tambahan akan diberikan)

3) Melakukan penyelenggaraan kenderaan seperti di bawah (tetapi tidak terhad):
i. Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap kenderaan syarikat dan memastikan kenderaan syarikat dalam keaadan yang baik

iii. Memastikan kenderaan syarikat dalam keadaan bersih seperti mencuci apabila di arahkan (elaun tambahan akan diberikan)

4) Boleh untuk bergerak ke semua cawangan TCM (Selangor, KL & Negeri Sembilan) apabila diarahkan oleh syarikat bagi melaksanakan kerja-kerja yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.

5) Menjadi pemandu am untuk syarikat

6) Melakukan kerja-kerja lain yang berkaitan seperti yang di arahkan oleh pihak pengurusan

**Salary**: RM1,500 - RM2,000 (Inclusive Allowances) + EPF & PERKESO

Working Hours: (Monday-Friday)
7:30 am - 5:30 pm (Official Working Hours)

Base Location: Tadika Cilik Mesra (TCM) HQ, Shah Alam

Work Coverage: All TCM branches

Qualification & Requirements:
1) Possess at least SPM & above.

2) Possess own transport and a valid driving license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience
3) Possess knowledge & abilities to perform general maintenance works including usage of basic tools & equipment.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time General Worker (Handyman) that able to perform the following tasks:
1) Perform basic building maintenance and repair which include (but are not limited to):
i. Basic electrical wiring such as replacement of the lamp, fan, switch, plug point, etc.

ii. Basic plumbing works such as the replacement of faulty pipes, tap, toilets & kitchen fittings

iii. Monthly maintenance for air conditioning for all centres (filter cleaning)

2) Perform basic gardening and ability to use gardening equipment which includes (but is not limited to):
i. General landscaping works such as minor tree trimming, gardening, etc.

ii. Grass cutting (additional allowance applicable)

3) Perform basic vehicle maintenance which includes (but is not limited to):
i. Basic vehicle inspections on company vehicles and ensuring the company vehicles are maintained in good condition.

ii. Basic wash for all company vehicles as & when required (additional allowance applicable)

4) Able to travel to other TCM centres (Selangor, KL & Negeri Sembilan) as and when required by the company to perform the required duty assigned by the management.

5) Act as a general driver for the company.

6) Performs other related works as required by the management.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
