**JOB PURPOSE**
Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign workers under Zuellig Pharma as well as 3rd party related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to coordinating the recruitment process including presenting the interview session by liaising with the hiring manager to ensure it is accordingly to the company budget.
- Responsible to maintain all SOPs relating to foreign workers management
- The contact person for all foreign workers providers to ensure full compliance with local regulations
- Take charge for all audit findings relating to foreign worker management
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining any letters pertaining to the hiring and movement exercises to ensure the standard.
- Responsible to entertain any government request such as labour department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
- Responsible for educating and monitor Foreign Workers discipline.
- Responsible for Foreign Workers hostel management.
- Generate e-attendance report
- Responsible in administration of 3rd party Recruitment Process (screening/reference check)
- Provide administration support to maintain employee and general files
- Assist Human Resource Department with given tasks
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Posses Degree in Business Administration/ HR Management
- Handling government department such as labour department, immigration, MIDA, etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
