**你的角色：**
- 履行一般秘書/私人助理職責，例如處理電話、約會、信件、準備會議記錄、電子郵件、旅行安排等；
- 全面負責總監辦公室的行政職能，確保日常營運的順利進行，航班預訂、飯店住宿安排、公司活動、餐廳預訂安排等；
- 負責跟進所有需要執行行動計畫的事項，並確保團隊完成任務的最後期限；
- 有效地與各級員工和外部利害關係人（包括高階管理層）打交道；
- 維護適當且有系統的歸檔和工作系統，並確保有效的文件控制，以便在需要時輕鬆存取和檢索；
- 承擔管理階層指定的特殊任務、臨時職能及相關職責；
- 管理費用，確保保留並及時提交準確的記錄；
- 始終處理機密資訊並行使自由裁量權；
- 作為內部和外部利害關係人就與 MD 相關的所有事務（包括高度機密或關鍵性質的事務）的主要聯絡點。優先考慮並確定適當的行動方案、推薦或回應，
- 運用判斷反映總經理的風格和組織政策；
- 準備費用報告，包括提交總經理的索賠

**要求：**
- 至少專業證書、文憑、高級/高級/研究生文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑、專業學位、秘書、商業；
- 至少2年相關領域的工作經驗；
- 用英語、華語和馬來語進行書面和口語交談和交流；
- 會計和金融基礎知識；
- 態度積極，能夠在快節奏變化的環境中以高度的專業和誠信獨立完成工作；
- 能夠與組織中不同層級的人員進行良好的溝通；
- 吃苦耐勞，具有積極的工作態度；
- 良好的分析、策略和前瞻性思維；
- 精通 Microsoft Excel、Words 和 Power Point 技能。
