**Responsibilities**:

- To Organize and filing all Administrative related documents and corresponding letters to prepare report on specific assignment (Canteen report, Clocking report, Bill report, Clinic report & etc) and any ad-hoc reports as required
- Deal with courier documents, faxes, photocopy documents and handling general administrative work
- Assist in clerical, documentation work (Meal coupon, Bill, Clinic invoice, canteen & Surau monthly checking, & etc) and ad-hoc task of admin function
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
