Attends morning briefing and brief staff on any items/areas that needs attention in cleaning.
- Checks daily briefing sheet for VIPs/long term guests, arrivals and departures.
- Checks rooms blocked for arrivals and special attention to VIPs. Ensures fruit baskets and full amenities set-up for all VIPs arrivals. Ensures fridge for storing fruits is kept clean at all times. Liaise with Account Department on purchase of fruits for fruit baskets.
- Controls entry to guestrooms on his/her floors.
- Check maids’ carts for sufficient linen for day use and advises Housekeeping Assistant who send linen of additional linen required.
- Checks every occupied room especially VIPs and long term stay.
- Ensures priority of room cleaning as follows: VIPs, suites, long term stay and occupied guestrooms. Check-outs to be given priority when needed.
- Reports damaged and missing items in guestrooms to Front Office to ensure items are charged to guests. Records in Missing/ Damaged Items Log Book.
- Ensures Housekeeping Assistants log in “Lost and Found” items properly in Lost and found Log Book before going off duty.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
- English (preferred)
