- 起草商業合約、租賃、合資協議、合夥協議、股東協議、併購、商業貸款和其他商業和公司文件
- 就公司事務提供法律意見
- 對公司交易進行盡職調查
- 指導客戶解決監管和合規問題
- 代表客戶談判交易
- 需要時的任何其他任務

資格和經驗
- 候選人必須至少擁有法學學士學位（榮譽） - 法學學士（榮譽）
- 至少 3 年工作經驗，最好是辯護人和事務律師
- 熟悉公司法、合約法、土地法、併購、商品銷售法、消費者保護法等法律/立法領域
- 熟悉業務相關事宜，如房地產開發合約、商業協議、股東協議、盡職調查、債務追償等
- 熟悉一般訴訟事務
