**Position Summary**:
- Provide support to the sales team on general sales support duties (eg preparation of quotation and management report) that allow the HOD and sales team to focus on their marketing responsibilities
- To liaise with underwriting, processing unit ,sales personnel and finance on daily operations issues to help the sales team meet their targets
- Key personnel in dealing with bank’s credit admin dept - on new business issuance, renewal, endorsement, payment, reports, etc.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Bancassurance - Alternative Business Sales Support:
- Ensure timely submission of submission to operations team for further processing
- Prepare quotations, issue motor e-cover notes
- Ensure all renewals are monitored closely and the appropriate renewal summaries are prepared.
- Handle BPM & Payment submissions
- Handle Foreign Worker, e-stamping & Skim Perlindungan Insurans Kesihatan Pekerja Asing (SPIKPA).
- Handle Merimen Issuance.
- Handle and monitor bank renewal, endorsement, policy cancellation & oustanding.
- Handle banca and clients issues and enquiries
- Handle incoming calls and correspondences
Report preparation:
- Assist in retrieve, compile and preparing various reports for HOD & clients
- Management report
- Commission report
- Department Production Report
- Marketing fee report ( Bank of China )
- Daily Report ( Bank of China )
- Merimen Monthly Report for Zantat and any other clients(s)
- BMC & Partnership Report & Slide Presentation
Others:
- Assist in management of reports to support the strategic initiatives of the marketing team.
- Ensure the filing of all documents are promptly filed for the easy retrieval of information whenever required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
