**Service Workshop Executive**:

- Country/Region: MY- Location: Petaling Jaya, 10, MY, 47810Req ID 67165 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Technical and Service: 70%
- Support Service partners and networks audits, trainings, tools and technical requests
- Attend to Customers and Fleets request of field service and repairs..
- Service quotation to internal Sales for quotes to customers.
- Training to Truck and Bus fleets.
- Setup monitoring system and communicating the service intervals of ZF transmission and components to Customers.
- Support to convert and commercialize Service and Repairs requests.
- Support to audit internal workshop and identifying training needs for service engineers.
- Other ad-hoc technical and service tasks as assigned by Service Manager / Country Head of Malaysia

Admins: 30%
- Assist the Service Manager to oversee the overall workshop administration and operation.
- Handle workshop sales enquiries and follow up with collection.
- Generate Sales Quotations, Sales Return Orders and Production Orders and Sales order.
- Assist in purchase requisition and service stock planning.
- Process Delivery Orders and manage Field Service reports and records.
- Support in handling and processing of warranty claim report.
- Responsible to prepare workshop monthly BSC reporting including workshop efficiency and utilization, and failure cost reporting.

Requirement:

- At least 2 years working experience in Automotive Aftermarket.
- College degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical.
- Good English skill.
