Job Description;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks; including to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, installs, repairing, inspecting and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing.
- Conduct regular inspections of machine and building to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards and potential improvements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from all the department and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including managing external contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Liaising with auditors on audit quality esp for maintenance issue.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, fixtures, equipment, machines and systems within building.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed, materials used and expenses incurred.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and restocking when necessary.
- Maintains a strong focus on safety protocols, SOP and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirement;
- Preferable for Male.
- Minimum certificate/diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in relevant maintenance fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry maintenance or related field.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment and materials, safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to operate machinery and technical equipment.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with auditors, colleagues and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team, managing time effectively to prioritize and complete tasks.
- Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance situations outside of regular working hours.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders and perform physical tasks associated with property maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
