- Assist in educating our customers about products and alternative digital banking platforms;
- Broadening the customer base through the promotion of upselling and cross-selling banking products and services.
**Requirements**:
- SPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course;
- Minimum **6 months of Customer Service **experience is a must;
- Strong command of **English** in both verbal and written communication **(COMPULSORY)**;
- Able to commit working on rotational shift;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
