**The Opportunity**

Our client is looking for an **Customer Care Consultant** to be a part of their growing team based in our Manila ASW Global Office. Working closely with the Claims, Customer Care and Broker teams, as a BackOffice agent you will be responsible for ensuring a variety of support tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be an important part of the team, ensuring the customers are given excellent service in line with our client's service level agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing all customers with an outstanding experience, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- Work to set customer experience milestones by responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed the Customer Fanatic team metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Correctly handles cases and follows processes and procedures.
- Sets and adheres to call backs

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software (Salesforce), and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
