Audit and Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in planning and performing financial and operational audits.

2. Examine and analyze accounting records to identify discrepancies and areas of improvement.

3. Prepare audit workpapers and documentation in accordance with auditing standards.

4. Assist in the evaluation of internal controls and business processes.

5. Conduct testing to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

6. Assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations.

7. Handle bookkeeping activities, including account reconciliations and ledger entries.

8. Collaborate with the audit team and clients to gather necessary information.

9. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

10. Assist in the presentation of findings to management.

11. Perform other audit-related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or pursuing CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of audit and bookkeeping experience.
- Familiarity with auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
