You will be an SAP O2C consultant position based in the Technology Centre in Kuala Lumpur area, part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence working on SAP O2C implementation projects. You will lead role for the multiple S/4 rollouts in APAC region. We ask that you have broad expertise across the O2C domain with skills in multiple functions within SD module such as Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules like MM, FI, CO. Broad experience in integration tool such as IDOC, BAPI and Webservice with 3rd party non-SAP systems. You will report to the O2C Solution Architect of the S/4 project in which you participate and to the O2C Operations Lead, APAC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders
- You will need to quickly develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 - 3 months)
- You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 - 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning
- You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible
- To define detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, functional specification and Configuration Cookbooks in meeting both business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements
- Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and participate in regular safety programs.
- Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.
- Involvement in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required. MBA is preferred.
- Min 7 years’ experience with process knowledge of multiple SAP O2C modules/functions (Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules) and general SAP ECC knowledge.
- Min 5 years’ experience with process / technical knowledge of integrating with middleware solution such as SAP CPI/PI and Seeburger
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. Fluent Mandarin Chinese
- Played a Lead Consultant role, with numerous ECC or S/4 implementations in O2C domain
- Knowledge of business processes within the Customer Service or Logistics area
- Experience with a variety of O2C modules and of end-to-end business processes within this domain
- Experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP O2C modules across complex and integrated order entry and pricing processes
- Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents and SAP BRF+ would be advantageous.
- Experience with ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging within SD (exits, VOFM)
- Experience integrating SAP with C/4 HANA Sales/Service and working with warehouse management on eWM
