Account Admin Executive

Subang Bestari, Malaysia OGN GROUP SDN BHD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Key in AR Invoice/Receipt
- Pool the Cash Sale transaction from POS
- Prepare Daily Cash Sale Collection Report
- Maintain proper filling of accounts documents
- Any banking related matters
- Manage data entry and updating of accounts
- Assist in office administration matters
- Preferred in using excel function

**Requirements**:

- Min SPM/STPM, Diploma or Degree equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience
- Training will be provided
- Able to work responsibility, independently & initiative.
- Required language literacy:

- Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Autocount software knowledge
- Microsoft Office and Autocount Accounting Software
- Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
