- 1. Responsible for developing, promoting, and soliciting sales for ERIKS’ range of products which includes developing new businesses and servicing the existing accounts in Malaysia 2. Review incoming inquiries from customers in MRO/OEM and Projects 3. Coordinate with colleagues for necessary quotations/customer orders/logistics/quality and facilitate communication with customers 4. Promote a variety of products from a number of different suppliers 5. Well-versed in the market situation; potentials, opportunities, and threats 6. Pose good sales tactics in persuading potential and existing customers with the use of technical knowledge 7. Manage customers' and principals’ expectations for a win-win situation 8. Management of sales team, including developing a sales team to achieve targets and bring in revenue 9. Responsible and ensure customers are assigned to achieve yearly set goals and budget 10. Outstation traveling on short notice is necessary 11. Submit the sales activity update/presentations to your immediate supervisor 12. Execute business strategies and sales plans formulated by the Management 13. Observing all ERIKS Safety standards and Corporate Compliance 14. Any other duties/projects as assigned by your immediate supervisor Requirements:

- 1. Possess at least a minimum Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical discipline or equivalent 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in selling engineering products to various industries such as Semiconductor, OEM, and General Contractor 3. Computer literate, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 4. Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation skills 5. Team and sales-oriented, results-driven, self-starter with the ability to work well with little supervision and lead a team to meet business goals 6. Knowledge of mechanical engineering products is an added advantage. 7. Strong communications skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization 8. Enthusiastic, independent, motivated, good team player who is result-oriented and customer focused 9. Willing to travel and be relocated when necessary 10. Possess a valid driving license and own transport
