Manage sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, audit, and pre-qualifications.
- Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the postage, packing, and preparation of outgoing submissions (physical or soft copies).
- Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc., and in line with client's and/or Ambition's tender requirements.
- Dealing with and responding to any additional admin duties as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- A multitasker with the ability to handle pressure, solve tough problems and meet deadlines
- Familiar with Tendering Process of GOV tender and IT is added advantage
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office.
- Independent, knowledgeable, organized &responsible.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
