**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
- To key-in/update all payment-related activities at International Airport on a timely basis, properly and accurately accounted for in the SAP system.

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION**
- To ensure that all collection activities of the airport are timely, properly and accurately accounted for in the SAP system and according to the SOP:

- To ensure daily collection received from Operations (DO), FCZ and Daily Pass Unit.
- all incoming documents should be date stamped.
- To record each collection’s movements inside a Log Book.
- To issue manual receipts esp. for Cash Collection.
- To perform incoming payment process for all cash and cheque received.
- Bills creation based on weekly cycle and creation of “spot bill” when needed.
- Prepare Cr/Dr. Memo for any adjustments.
- Documents submission to superintendent/supervisor for checking.
- To ensure timely banking and key in SAP system.
- To ensure no. outstanding items in One-Time Customer Act (80002) for more than One month old.
- To prepare month-end accrual on any outstanding (not key in) collections.
- To ensure manual receipts are available all the time.
- Replacement of used receipt books will be upon surrender of old books.
- To take part as the Opening Committee for all Tender/Quotation.
- To comply with requirements on ISO QMS, EMS and OHSAS.
- Assisting in preparation of yearly budget on revenue.
- To attend any Ad Hoc assignment and other activities as and when required by the superior.

**Key Challenges**:

- To achieve the KPI as targeted.
- To process collections and banking on a timely basis and accurately in the SAP system.
- To ensure each inquiry/complaint on A/R are promptly attended to in order to avoid any complaints.
- To assist HQ on bank reconciliation matters.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of accounts ESP, Accounts payable.
- Able to work independently with minor guidance.

**Relevant Industries**:

- SPM preferably with minimum of 1 year relevant working experience

**Education**:

- SPM With Credit in Bahasa, Pass in Mathematics and English
