- Utilities-SAJ/TNB/TM/Indah Water & etc) prepare monthly expenses report.
- General Office equipment serviceKnowledge of handle Trademark for company logo.
- Security management.
- Company car management.
- Review, draft and advise the management on legal implications of contracts, agreements, correspondences, on-going litigation, internal policies and manage external lawyers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder
- Atleast 3 year(s) of working experience working in managerial skills
- Managing & problem-solving skill
- Preferred language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
