**Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment collection.
- Prepare financial reports and statements on a regular basis.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
- Conduct reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
- Manage petty cash and expense claims.
- Administer payroll and ensure accurate and timely disbursement.
- Support general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in basic accounting tasks and administrative duties.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Knowledge or skills in taxation will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
