Maintenance Technician requires to attend and repair machine breakdown, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment/systems related to the production and facility operations. Personnel who possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to identify and repair manufacturing and utility equipment issues with mínimal guidance or supervision.

**Job Descriptions and Responsibilities**:

- Assist Maintenance Department on conducting schedule preventive maintenance and machine breakdown.
- Perform daily monitoring, identify and repair production and facilities equipment/systems such as pumps, motors, pneumatics and mechanical systems, air compressor, and HVAC.
- Support production activities by ensuring minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achieves department KPI.
- Flexible to work overtime to provide supports when production runs during holidays, peak seasons, and as required.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors/vendors on works according to schedule maintenance, repair, shut down and overhaul works.
- Ensure all work down are compliance to local regulatory, safety and industrial standards.
- Able to do simple documentations such as machine breakdown records.
- Organize and keep trace of equipment’s spare parts inventory and usage.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Qualifications/Requirements**:

- SPM and above, if possess vocational Diploma/ Diploma in Engineering will add advantage.
- Preferable with minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when required.
- Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Computer literate and basic knowledge of using measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer and etc.
- Full Time position in Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
