Manage authorized Toyota's dealership service centre which includes front line in attending to customer and production line of servicing and repairing vehicles.

Strategies, forecast, plan and execute to achieve monthly sales, units and quality targets

Work closely with HR department in hiring, training, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all aftersales department employees.

Monitor and control the performance of the aftersales department by using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys.

Monitor technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.

Monitor and follow up on parts orders with the parts PIC to ensure availability.

Facilitate and/or conducts technical training and send employees to appropriate for training as needed.

Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly.

Strive for harmony and teamwork within the aftersales department and with all other departments.

Attend monthly operation meeting.

Maintain high-quality service repairs and comply with company’s SOP.

Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.

Ensure that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean & maintain safe work environment.

Ensure that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.

Handle customer complaints according to Toyota's guidelines.

Maintain a professional appearance.

Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**

Possess certification in automotive industry or other relevant certificates.

Possess strong customer focused mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skill.

Possess excellent leadership skills and capable of managing & leading the aftersales department.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in automotive industry.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial roles, prior experience in supervising direct reports / subordinates.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English, Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will be an added advantage.

Understand vehicle technologies, specifications, and automotive industry regulation.

Must be willing to work at Semenyih.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
