**Primary Objective**:
Manage all activities of projects in IT incorporating project management best practice and guidelines in ensuring projects complete on time, within budget and meeting users’ project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with Business & Operational users and the technical team members directly and manage all aspects of the project life cycle and meet the project’s objective.
- Manage vendor(s) to ensure smooth implementation of project & program activities.
- Develop and maintain project plan and roll-out schedule, while managing project scope, costs overrun & quality.
- Identify & mitigate project risks.
- Ensure proper facilities and resources are available for the project
- Provide guidance & advisory on project issues & requirements
- Resolve escalated issues in a timely, objective & effective manner.
- Monitor and communicate progress & reports updates and status to Management & stakeholders.
- Ensure Compliance & provides overall guidance to users/stakeholders & SFGs/SBGs on required processes, Internal Governance (Compliance, Audit and Risk matters) in the execution of IT Requests / Projects /Initiatives.
- Establishes, implements, deploys and complies to the project management methodology & processes, in alignment with Group PMO.
- Tracks & reports on current progress, status and key information of projects, in order to provide key project(s) visibility to management in a timely and consistent manner.
- Facilitates improved team communications & organization effectiveness, by having, sharing & implementing common policies, processes, guidelines & terminologies, across IB.
- Monitors organization-wide (Regions) metrics on the state (progress & status) aspects of Project management, deliveries & key IT initiatives.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Diploma -.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.- Project Management Professional (PMP)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to easily manage himself / herself to goals and deadlines, while handling multiple job assignments/tasks/projects.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
