Account Executive

1. Oversee the daily accounting and financials, to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation.
2. To monitor, guide, supervise, review, and verify work done by accounting and administration staff to ensure accounting records and systems comply with approved accounting standards and statutory & tax requirements.
3. Assists HOD to prepare accounting forecast for tax review, revision, and submission.
4. Ensure all activities related to AR, AP, and GL functions are maintained in proper order and up to date.
5. Produce monthly branches and service department profit and loss statements.
6. Prepare companies’ monthly and yearly management accounts including stock list.
7. Other financial and analytical reports as required.
8. Initiate year-end stock take and audit process.
9. Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, secretary, and bankers.
10.Responsible for credit control and cash flow.
Looking for someone who are?
1) 2-3 years experience in accounting
3) Strong written and verbal communication skills
4) Strong organizational skills
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel & Accounting System
6) Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
