**Responsibilities of the Role**:
- To assist in accounting activities include general accounting, account receivable, account payable.
- Able to handle full set account.
- Able to handle day to day account administrative and operational activities.
- Preparing Payment vouchers and Invoices as instructed by the executive.
- Assist Admin in monthly staffs' claims.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks that are assigned by management and superior.
- Respond to routine requests for assistance and information relating to the Company's finances
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS office.
- At least 2 years full time working experience preferable.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
- Able to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
