QA Technician

Perai, Malaysia Paradigm Precision Components Sdn Bhd Full time

1) Conduct inspection for OQC part for WIP and FG as per PT process.

2) Payout (XERM) to next process as per product traveller process.

3) Complete outgoing check sheet after finish buyoff the entire lot.

4) Prepare label, packing, CoC & Mill certificate.

5)Ensure that outgoing products, or manufacturing processes is meet the quality specifications.

6) Update daily OQC inspection log sheet.

7) Maintain 5S, clean and well organize working environment.

8) Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirement (Education & Work Experience)

1) Minimum SPM and above

2) Minimum 2 years working experience in the manufacturing environment, preferable in quality control.

3) Experience in sheet metal, metal stamping and mechanical assembly is preferable.

4) Able to interpret the technical drawing and familiar with the usage of measuring equipment.

5) Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word.. etc.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
