Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily and monthly operation reports for reporting purposes.
- Develop data analytical models and reports related to the needs of the department to improve business processes.
- Assist in data validation and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the analysis operations. Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information within documents, cross-referencing data against internal databases or external sources as necessary.
- Identify and rectify any errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies found in the documentation. Collaborate with relevant parties to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a systematic tracking system to monitor the status of document verification, ensuring that deadlines are met and records are up-to-date.
- Assist the unit head in managing staff on day-to-day operations.
- Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data or business analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to work both as a team and independently
- Technological and computer knowledge
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Willing to work extra hours to complete the assignment
- Ability to work under pressure and produce quality and consistent output

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
