With our business expanding at an unexpected pace due to our continuing global expansion, we are seeking a Full-time experienced Customer Operation Supervisor to join our awesome Team in our Malaysia office who is passionate about a long-term career in customer operation and customer processing programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engagement with, and providing advice to, stakeholders with content included in a variety of product information, funding inquiries and complaints and escalate any unresolved issues.
- Be familiar with our products and services and assist in online sales.
- Managing technical tools and platforms, including the CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)
- Facilitating the client accounts opening and setting.
- Allocate tasks, projects, and responsibilities, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and coordinating collaborations both within and outside the team.
- Facilitate effective communication within and outside the team, collaborate with other departments, resolve issues, and drive project success.
- Reviewing the Marketing Team’s promotion proposals ensuring the promotions’ operability. Collate and analyse statistics to review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other promotions.
- Participate in recruitment processes, onboard new members, and provide training to enhance team skills and competencies.
- Analyse team performance based on data and metrics, identify improvement opportunities and take appropriate actions.
- Guide, motivate, and develop team members, ensuring strong teamwork to achieve individual and team goals.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams, showcasing effective leadership, motivational skills, and adept team coordination. Displays exceptional leadership qualities, inspiring team members to aspire for excellence and attain performance objectives.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and maintains a capacity to make sound judgments even under demanding circumstances.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Possesses robust interpersonal skills, fostering a conducive and positive workplace ambience, and nurturing a collaborative team culture.
- Ensuring accuracy and responsibility in all tasks undertaken. Demonstrates an independent and proactive approach to task execution.
- Capable of working harmoniously within a team environment, contributing positively to collective goals.
- Exhibits excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling seamless interaction with individuals from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
