Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

**Operational tasks and responsibilities**:

- Supporting day-to-day master data management processes globally
- Performing quality checks (e.g. deduplication, compliance to the processes) to ensure quality of master data
- Fulfilling Service Level Agreements through timely execution of data requests
- Monitoring and reporting master data metrics (e.g. ticket resolution success rate, ticket prioritization, etc.)
- Providing necessary training to local data stewards and power users
- Supporting local data stewards and business in any data related issue or request
- Participate/Lead regular meetings with Data Stewards
- Act as 1st line of support for all BUs in case of any data related issues

**Project tasks and responsibilities**:

- Coordination activities with key users, BTEs ; IT and data stewards,
- Reporting to Project Leads and accountable fully for particular data objects,
- Supports tools development and is Single Point Of Contact for DS/KU during Data maintenance phases and HyperCare period
- Working with tools such as KNIME, VBA, UiPath in order to analyse data and improve the processes within the team and the company

What You Need to Succeed

**Requirements**:

- Education background : Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year working experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP CRM
- Service background is preferred, but Sales & Marketing experience will be value added.
- Customer/Vendor Master Data experience preferred, but open to Material as well
- Some analytical skills needed. Sometimes reporting, bigger data extracts etc.
- MS Excel - medium proficiency. Examples: vlookup, simple pivot tables, index/match
- Any kind of reporting skills would be a plus
- Any kind of knowledge with automating and analytical tools, e.g. KNIME, VBA, UiPath, would be a plus.
- MDG - preferred to have
- Language skills: Proficient in English
