We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Safety Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained on our construction sites. The Site Safety Supervisor will play a crucial role in promoting a safe and secure work environment for all personnel involved in our construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
- Provide safety training to new employees, contractors, and other relevant personnel.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and create detailed reports outlining causes and preventive measures.
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Implement corrective actions to address safety deficiencies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and inspectors as needed during site visits.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to communicate important safety information to the workforce.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, safety regulations, and emerging trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
