Primary responsible is to support the Project Team in afforestation operations and accurately implementation, ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of at least one (1) hands-on project progress, particularly in plantation development. Actitivities include arrangment of site establishment, seedlings refinement, planting, fertilising, pest control, and bush and tree trimming.
- Requires on-site stays for at least three (3) days per week.
- To supervise at least two (2) team leads to manage respective plantation sites.
- To ensure, compile, and submit at least three (3) project site progress reportsfor the project team on-time.
- To supervise and expedite day-to-day site operations according to weather conditions.
- To provide instructions and ensure safety and effective communication of planters.
- To assist in audit and training procedures.
- To prevent any violations of forestry and environmental regulations.
- To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
