**Quantity Surveyor**:

- _based in_Kuantan_
- Responsibilities :_
- Check and certify sub-contractors’ claim received from site.
- Prepare claims update and supporting documents preparation.
- Material submission and follow up for approval
- Ensure subcontractor back charge notice preparation and issuance
- Variation works record and preparation for claim
- Quantity taking off and preparation of delivery schedule for material requisition
- Involve in Construction and As-built Drawings, BQ items, progress photos
- Conduct site valuation with authority, consultant, engineer etc.
- Issuance of subcontractor claims, certificate of payment, etc.
- Involve in variation order, back charge, revise drawing, RFI, quotation etc.
- Prepare subcontractor tender process to final account
- Other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior
- Requirements :_
- QS post for both Pre & Post Contract works in Building Construction.
- Knowledge of construction methods, costing summary and materials budget handling skills.
- Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem-solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment.
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Able to prioritize and respond with an appropriate level of urgency.
- Highly reliable, and confident with handling data.
- Able to communicate in both languages of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experiences and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
