To operate bulk truck service and deliver feed in bulk loose material to the customer's premises/farm. Responsibility : To ensure feed quality and product delivery to customers with customer's satisfaction. Before loading feed : 1. Check bulk truck condition and fuel level. 2. Gets bulk loading slip from sales office. 3. Weigh bilk truck. 4. Check with control room of bin to discharge feed. During loading : 1. Ensure correct bin selected. 2. Check feed quality. If substandard stop loading and refer to production supervisor. 3. During loading take feed samples for production supervisor to verify quality and for lab test. 4. Production supervisor to endorse bulk slip if quality satisfactory. After loading : 1. Inform production supervisor if balance feed left over in bin. 2. Send sample to lab for lab analysis. 3. If lab analysis satisfactory, truck top gates and outlet tube to be sealed. 4. Security guard to check seal numbers tally with seal numbers in delivery order. 5. If lab analysis fail to discharge feed at factory. 6. Truck to be weighed and customer delivery order taken. 7. Pass copy of delivery order to guard house. During after delivery: 1. Customer to check seal numbers before delivery. 2. Ensure feed pumped into correct bins. 3. Customer to check bulk truck tanks are empty after complete discharge. 4. Customer to sign / chop delivery order that feed received in good quality and quantity (if seals intact). 5. To pass acknowledged delivery order to sales office. General : 1. All delivery details and kilometer run to be recorder in bilk truck log book. 2. Ensure bulk truck in good condition. 3. To follow all traffic rules. 4. To coordinate on road tax, permit, inspection due dates and send truck for repair and inspection. 5. Usage of relevant PPE. 6. Ensure proper housekeeping during loading and delivery process.
