Your tasks
To help with Communications and Employer Branding activities such us
1. Support with Social Media management and content creation (Facebook & LinkedIn)
2. Preparing communication materials such as posters, videos, flyers
3. Support in event organization (Career Fairs, Plant Visits, Induction)
To support with Recruitment tasks
2.Assist in administrative tasks as per required
Support in special project: e.g. Improve the Onboarding Program. Marketing Campaign. Events
**Profile**:
**Preference 6 months availability or willing to extend
Currently doing Bachelors Degree or Diploma in HR/ Communications related fields
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Energetic, creative and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
