Operations Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Support and enforce all aspects of company policies/procedures
- Monitor and drive 3PLs performance towards defined KPIs
- Establish and maintain the operations guideline for supply chain process.
- Accountable for the optimization of performance for all operational processes.
- Manage and lead the operational teams.
- Assess and develop the team members in skill development and career management.
- Develop customer relationship to assist in the achievement of revenue.
- Manage the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.
- Manage all contract financials (budgets, P&L, revenue streams, costs)
- Manage all warehouse HR, OH&S and team member welfare issues.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Logistic or Supply Chain is required for this position.
- Data analytics and preparation of reports for Management Team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
