**Responsibilites**
- Manage for daily accounting operation in AR & AP.
- Prepare sales report, statement of account, customer aging, etc.
- Effectively monitor customer aging and ensure collection on time.
- Maintain updated record for new and existing customers.
- Ensure supplier’s invoices are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Generate and prepare monthly creditor aging and reconciliation.
- Ensure prompt payment of AP.
- Filling and retrieval of AR & AP documents such as invoices, payment voucher, etc.
- Undertake any and other duties as instructed by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience.
- Knowledge in SQL is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical mind, pro-active, good leadership and excellent in follow up tasks and issues.
- Strong proficiency in computer skill, Microsoft Office & Excel & Powerpoint is an added advantage.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin in both verbal and written.
- Possess own transportation and willing to work at Puncak Alam.
