**JOB OVERVIEW**

**We are searching for skilled, creative Croissant Bakers who is able to provide excellent baked Croissant.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

To prepare and checks all ingredients to be used in baking croissant as per SOP

Measuring and combining ingredients using scale and graduated containers and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked croissant

Able to create new ideas for croissant. Understand customers' needs and create product solutions

Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

To ensure preparation and baking area are in a neat and hygienic manner

To ensure finished products are in good/high quality as per SOP and creative croissant products to satisfy the customer

To ensures high standards of personal appearance and hygiene with clean uniforms

To follow the instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete the daily tasks

To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with new recipes and preparation techniques

To coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
To observe general kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)

Able to multitask and follow instructions given by Superiors

**REQUIREMENTS**

Possess Basic skills and knowledge in croissant baking techniques

Priority given to those with at least 2 years hands on working experience in croissant baking

Self-motivated, possess positive attitude and has the ability to work with variety of

people and can work with the team efficiently and effectively.

Really passionate about food

Good communication skills (Malay/English), ability to work well in a team, and ability to assist one another
