Production Junior Executive

To provide support to Production Manager and Production Assistant Manager.
- Analyses the production process and data entry, to identify and implement improvements in daily processes.
- Review and update and maintain all KPI monitoring systems, including HeveaPRO metrics, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Utility Consumption and process performance.
- Verifying daily report and other relevant reports that provide insights into production performance, chemicals usage and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Oversee and control stock levels in production, ensuring accurate figures with all related departments.
- Promptly report any abnormalities found on the production line to superiors, facilitating quick resolution and minimizing impact.
- Prepare Store Requisition Forms for essential production items, usage and balance stock report.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or immediate superiors, embracing a flexible approach to support the production team’s needs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, demonstrating strong computer literacy
- Ability to analyse data and generate reports that contribute to strategic planning and process optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with various departments
- 6 days working in a week

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
