**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment and exit process.
- Handle work pass and MOM-related matters such as OFWAS, iSubmit, Quarterly Labour Survey.
- Maintain and update personal records.
- Prepare forms/letters for promotion, transfer, salary adjustment, and other employee movement matters.
- Administer Medical claims and medical leave, misc. leave.
- Administer and maintain Time Management System, security access, user, approver, eLeave, and CCTV access.
- Generate and review reports.
- Issue internal memo for updates and practices.
- Coordinate training programmes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Diploma in HRM or Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-2 years related experience.
- Familiar with local employment act and fair employment practices.
- Skill sets: Microsoft Office, good in verbal and written communication, proactive, and possess interpersonal and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
