向廚師和各職能部門的管家傳達服務需求。匯總團體活動的費用，並為團體聯絡人準備和出示帳單，以便付款。確保宴會廳、餐廳和咖啡室準備就緒。確保每張餐桌上都佈置了適當的中央擺飾；使用前檢查所有瓷器、玻璃器皿和銀器的清潔度和外觀。與客人溝通，確保他們滿意。根據宴會類型和服務標準佈置餐桌。向廚房傳達額外的膳食要求、過敏症、飲食需求和特殊要求。全天保持工作區域的清潔。
