**Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese speaker)**

**Location: KL Eco City**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with external recruitment agencies.
- Work closely with Procurement team to effectively manage vendors - including service provider scouting, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring and invoice processing.
- Identify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and participate in digitalization and process optimization implementation.
- Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise.
- Prepare/translate local language HR communication materials, when necessary.
- Guide and train junior team members.

**Required Experience/Qualification**:

- A Bachelor’s degree qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Japan for this role.
- Fluent in spoken & written Japanese. JLPT N1 qualification is a must for this role.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
- Experienced working in a large and diverse team; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
