We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Representative to join our innovative and patient focused sales team to support our world leading Consumer Health business. The role is a field-based role servicing our customers within Melaka area.

This role will be covering Melaka.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE?

Your role is to ensure that Haleon meets the objective of building brand equity amongst the medical healthcare professional and dental institutions to drive continuous recommendation & endorsement of our oral care range of products. You will strategize, plan, organize and execute programs to enhance the understanding of the stakeholders on Haleon oral care products and at the same time achieving expert recommendation targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- To support Expert Sales priorities and goals by ensuring achievement of share of DHCP recommendation, sample forecasting and distribution, cycle call objectives & customer service benchmark.- Ensure execution of sales force effectiveness in assigned territory using VEEVA.- Maintain professional relationship with dental associations, dental schools, ministry of health & KOLs.- Build and maintain good rapport with both administrative and clinical staffs within the medical clinics.- Provide updates on competitor activity and promotion.- Ensure educational materials, product samples are effectively managed, utilized & accounted for.- Regular reporting of team activities to line manager including the preparation of detailing/ sales and events reports.- To plan, organize and conduct lunch & learn sessions to dental nurses & group practices.- Manage programs and seek opportunities to provide talks to dental students at Medical Schools and government hospitals/clinics.- To manage and participate in relevant medical conventions/ congresses when required.

- You have a bachelor’s degree; science background is an advantage.- You have minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing in Consumer Healthcare or Pharma industry.

- You are result orientated and focus on KPIs and delivering on focus business goals.- You are self-motivated, open, and dynamic personality.- You will demonstrate effective Communication & analytic skills of customer behaviour and business potentials.- You will have good computer skills (Microsoft excel, Microsoft Words, Microsoft PowerPoint).- You will have a strong track record in working within cross-functional teams and sectors.- You will have experience in coverage in university hospitals, government clinics and ministry of health is an advantage.
