**Role Objective**
Responsible for the admission of students to School upon approval by the Selection Board.
**Key Roles**
- Assisting the Marketing Manager, the Admissions Assistant will liaise with the prospective parents to facilitate a smooth transition to the school.
- A highly organized person with excellent communications and people skills and ability to interact with children from Early Years to Senior School.
**Scope of Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate and implement marketing and admission strategies and activities for the School to attain the budgeted number of enrolments.
- Provide effective school programme counseling to prospective students and parents during visits to guide and encourage them through the admissions process.
- Schedule and organize visits of prospective parents and students
- Smooth processing of admissions by liaising with other departments both academic and support departments.
- Proper management of all students records/database in the system.
- Be part of the Marketing Department in planning, organising and delivering successful promotional activities and events including open days, previews, education fair and exhibitions.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior or management of the company from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any related field
- Good literacy skills to prepare correspondence and maintain records to a high standard.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Experience in Customer service, preferably in the Education / Service industry
Contract length: 12 months
