Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including maintenance and upkeep, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for clinical and residential needs
- Oversee the coordination and scheduling of operational staff at the facility
- Liaise with clinical and support staff, clients and their families, as well as professionals from external organizations, to ensure effective communication and efficient coordination
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and discharges
- Maintain and update records related to admissions and client information
- Oversee the implementation and enforcement of operational policies and standard operating procedures of the facility
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure high standards of care and service delivery
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support administrative functions such as billing, documentation, and reporting, including preparing operational reports for senior management
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or addiction treatment
- Strong organizational, financial management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health services (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
Work schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (with occasional weekends as needed)
Expected salary range: RM2500 – 4000
