Our Company is currently expanding We are looking for aspiring individuals to join our team as a Marketing Executive. You play an important role in supporting marketing related activities. What you can look forward to: -Attractive Performance Bonus -Performance appraisal twice a year -Dental/Body-checkup/Optical Benefit -Insurance Coverage Key Responsibilities: -Manage and liaise internally within the team, vendors, and business partners to ensure monthly marketing promotional, projects, campaign and new product launching are operated effectively. -To source and compare vendors quotation and manage budget control effectively for all marketing A&P, tools, equipment, materials and POSM. -Involved in planning, organizing, assist in trade fair, exhibition, roadshow, and all marketing activities, events & campaigns. -Analyze and evaluate the results of all marketing activities, events with findings, recommendations for continuous improvements on performance of marketing initiative. -To conduct market research and analysis data for new or existing products in assisting of products development. -Devising and presenting marketing ideas and strategies, on-ground/ online channels. -Assist in copywriting and proofreading for marketing/brand/product related materials -Achieve department KPI and individual KPI. Others -Perform related job responsibilities as assigned. -Undertake specific projects as and when assigned. -Liaising with other departments within the company. -Liaising with agency, vendors based on operation task, projects and campaigns as and when assigned. Job Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of marketing/branding, experience in FMCG company with a proven track record will be advantaged. -Strong communication and written skills, analytical and presentation skills. -Highly demonstrable leadership capability. -Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. -Positive can-do approach and solution-oriented style. -Persuasive skills to lead and influence others. -Independent and able to work individually as well as in a team. -Willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech.
