**We will count on you to**:

- Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs
- Perform investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
- Provide support to Team Manager / Senior Operations Manager where required
- Interact with stakeholders, project managers etc. to ensure proper execution for flow of information on performance (daily, weekly, monthly), exceptions, process changes and new opportunities

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in** any field**:

- ** Fresh Graduates **are encouraged to apply
- Good command in speaking and writing English
- High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to systematically manage and retrieve data.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
