A warehouse Admin General Clerk is responsible for weighing, measuring, and checking materials in a warehouse. Your job duties include using industrial weighers for bulk materials, collecting measurements data on materials, and samples of materials as directed by the warehouse supervisor.

Duties & Responsible
- Counting and confirming inventory, key-in, checking DO, GDN
- Communicating errors to relevant parties.
- Checking GRN goods return, check quantity & packaging
- Checking & arranging items for repacking loose items.
- Sort arranges and labels all the goods in the warehouse
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Keeps inventory or record of the movement of goods in and out of the organization
- Addressing and discussing the issues and proposed solutions to HOD superiors.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Basic Skills
- Critical thinking: This precedes problem-solving skills.
- Speaking skill: This helps in different ways like communicating with customers, procurement and sales department.
- Coordination: He/she should be able to carry out activities as planned
