**Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

**2.Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain regular AR aging reports for management review.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

**3. General Ledger Oversight**:

- Oversee the general ledger accounting, including the recording of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity in financial transactions.

**4. Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax-related documents.

**5. Audit Coordination**:

- Coordinate and support external audits.

**6. Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and implementing efficiency improvements.

**7. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance financial workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Required language: English&Chinese will be added advantage
- Proactive, meticulous, organized and good team player
