Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Obtain necessary approvals and resources to initiate the project.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Assemble project teams with the required skills and expertise.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment conducive to high performance.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and internal departments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, addressing concerns and seeking feedback as needed.
4. Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and address issues, obstacles, and deviations from the project plan in a timely manner.
- Implement changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources as necessary, while ensuring mínimal impact on project goals.
- Conduct regular meetings and status reviews to keep the project on track.
5. Quality Assurance and Control:
- Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure deliverables meet predefined criteria.
- Conduct regular inspections and reviews to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues and improve project outcomes.
6. Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to support project activities and milestones.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Identify resource gaps or constraints and collaborate with stakeholders to address them.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Generate comprehensive project reports summarizing key metrics, progress, and outcomes.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized, accessible, and archived appropriately.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, project management, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, with a successful track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

**Salary**: RM4,162.27 - RM11,130.78 per month
