Position : Quantity Surveyor

Location: Site Office vary

**Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Board of Directors.
- 2 vacancies available (one based at the site and the other based at the office)
- Able to work independently and assist the contract department for both pre and post-contract which include tendering exercises and preparing main contractor claims
- Attend tender and site progress meeting
- Communicate and liaise with consultants and subcontractors

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, AutoCad
- Applicants must possess their own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 5,000 to RM 7,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

**Site (6 days work week) : Mon-Sat 8:00am - 5:00 pm**

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
